Breakfast was very good and there was no shortage of food. The staff is very friendly. Several languages are spoken, which is very helpful. location is of course wonderful, quasi in the middle of the city

Very rude, incompetent, unprofessional staff and managers, air con does not work, even though advertised. Rooms filthy, house keeping lazy. Furniture missing. Carpet is vomit inducing it is so dirty. Awful, should not be 4 star, not even 1 star. Overpriced - Do not stay here.

Great location. Very friendly staff. Rich breakfast. Rooms with good equipment and good mattresses. Very clean.
Unfortunately the windows are not soundproofed. Street noise is not to be overheard. Even at night.

Ideal for those wanting a break
Staff was really attentive and seemed to genuinely care about making the stay special. They left us a nice bottle of wine in our room for my birthday which was a thoughtful touch.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but for what we got it was worth it.

Best about the hotel could be the location, right in front of Venceslau Square. Free internet also good, but in the room only with cable, which is not the best.
A/C only works from 12:00 to 18:00.

The Hotel was better that the photos, the Staff the Servive and the Location were all brilliant. would recommend to Family and Friends, Breakfast was lovely, something for everone, and the restraunt was excellent, and very reasonable, would recomend Airport Shuttle service for that extra little treat with out breaking the budjet.
